Meet Peter – leading the culinary team at Vienna International School
We are pleased to introduce Peter Lars Brandt, Sodexo Unit Manager at VIS and the
person responsible for the daily dining experience on campus.
Together with his dedicated eat-team, Peter ensures that students, teachers and staff
enjoy fresh, balanced meals in a welcoming environment every day. With a strong focus
on quality, consistency and service, he and his team play a key role in creating a positive
and reliable cafeteria experience.
Driven by a passion for good food and a high standard of care, Peter is committed to
delivering meals that support both wellbeing and enjoyment — contributing to a smooth
and enjoyable school day for the entire VIS community.
