Cancelling or changing the existing school lunch registration – during the
scholastic year 2026/2027
You can cancel or change the programme (Pre-paid) only with prior notice via e-mail
before the end of each semester. Please reach out to our restaurant manager Peter
Brandt (peter.brandt@sodexo.com) or (vis.catering.oss.at@sodexo.com)

What happens if you withdraw/cancel from previous Pre-paid registration
•
You will be charged for actual school days up to the end of the semester after
your notice.
•
You will receive a credit note for the remaining days/semester.
•
Any remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer with the next possible
payment run. Please note that cash refunds are not possible.
•
In case of withdrawal, previously granted discounts will be reversed, and regular
daily prices for the lunch will apply.
>> What happens if your child misses a lunch day?
If your child is enrolled in the Pre-paid lunch programme and is absent from school,
no refund or credit will be issued for missed days.
However, the Pre-paid pricing has been carefully calculated to offer significant
savings - even when occasional absences occur. This means your child can still
benefit from a discounted rate compared to paying the regular daily price.
