“Registrations”
All students that are not registered for the Pre-paid school lunch programme, are
counted automatically as “pay-as-you-go” in our cash register system and are paying the
regular menu price either by cash, card or the “Mifare”/Edu.card with pre-topped credit
to the cards.
So to be coded as PAYG you do not need specifically to register, unless you want to use
the eatApp or eatWebsite.

This website/app offers a range of benefits designed to make the lunch account
management as smooth and flexible as possible.
Top up anytime, anywhere:
Recharge your child’s “Mifare” Card/ Edu.card balance quickly and conveniently via the
app or website. With real-time bank transfer, the funds will be available immediately.
Transaction history (Account Monitoring):
Full overview of past transactions at any time, so you always know when and where
funds were used.
Current Balance at a glance:
The app displays your child’s up-to-date balance, helping you stay informed and to avoid
unexpected overdrafts.
You can load credits to the card in one of the following ways:

In cash or card at one of the four cafeteria cash registers
•
Via eatApp or eatWebsite (details will be provided with the login information or
on request).
Due to different cash register systems in place for Pre-paid and pay-as-you-go payments,
no bank transfers will be accepted for topping up credit to the student cards.
