If students forget their card, they should wait at the end of the lunch line. Our cashier will
confirm their identity manually, if necessary with the school assistance.
If a card is lost:
Report the loss to the respective school office (Primary or Secondary).
A replacement card will be issued within 14 days.
The fee for a replacement card is € 15.00.
The original card will be deactivated immediately to prevent misuse.
We kindly ask students to bring their cards each day to avoid delays.

Should you decide to withdraw your child from the pre-paid lunch programme, please
provide written notice at least one month in advance.
Here’s how billing works in this case:
You will be charged for actual school days up to the end of the following
month after your notice.
You will receive a credit note for the remaining days.
Any remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer with the next possible
payment run. Please note that cash refunds are not possible.
In case of withdrawal, previously granted discounts will be reversed, and standard
daily prices will apply.

Parents may request a printed consumption list at any time, showing meals taken and
account activity.
In addition, real-time data is available through the „eat“-app and „eat“-website, allowing
you manage your child’s account easily.
>> Do you have to join the pre-paid lunch
programme?
Not at all - your child is always welcome to drop by the cafeteria and
use the pay-as-you-go option. For a smoother and quicker experience,
we recommend topping up their “Mifare“ card
(available in October 2025) or edu.card with credit in advance.
