Each lunch includes a freshly prepared soup of the day, a main course (selected from
three daily options) and either a dessert or a piece of fruit. Meals are designed to be
balanced, nutritious and appealing to different age groups.

Parents have the option to prepay for lunches in advance, either:
Annually (1 payment)
Per Semester (2 payments)
By choosing a pre-paid plan, you’ll benefit from a 2–5% discount on standard lunch
prices.

Enrolling in the Sodexo Pre-paid Lunch Programme is quick and easy.
Just complete the “pre-paid“ online registration form: https://forms.office.com/e/
ygChxNiaaU After your registration has been received, an invoice will be emailed to you.
You can register at any time during the school year. For questions about partial

Our lunch menus are designed to meet the nutritional needs and preferences of growing
students.
ELC to Grade 1 students receive a set menu, tailored to younger children and marked
with “ ” on weekly menus.
From Grade 2 to 5, students may choose from three different main courses each day.
Starting with Grade 6, students enjoy an even broader variety, including:
Menu with three main course options
Special dishes
A mix & match-bowl bar
Weekly menus are published in advance, helping families stay informed and plan ahead.
Menus will be available at https://www.vis.ac.at/services/catering, in the VIS-Intranet,
and in the “eat-app“ and “eat-website“. Please find the access details in the chapter
“Introducing the ‘eat-app’ & ‘eat-website’.”
Food information, including allergens as well as vegan and vegetarian options, will be
displayed directly on the menu and at the serving stations in the restaurant. This ensures
transparency and supports students in making healthy and confident meal choices.

Students in ELC through Grade 5 receive a set menu and are not permitted to make
substitutions. Please note that bottled drinks are not available for purchase. Tap water is
provided with every meal for both ELC and Primary School students.
