Dear parents, Dear students,
I am delighted to announce that Sodexo Austria has been chosen as the
new catering partner for Vienna International School. Since our foundation
in Austria, about 30 years ago, we have passionately supported various
educational institutions with our fresh kitchen concepts. Our commitment
to using regional and seasonal ingredients, combined with the highquality craftsmanship of our employees, drives our dedication to providing
sophisticated and sustainable school catering for all ages.
We understand the importance of catering to different age groups. For the
youngest members of our community proper nutrition is crucial for their
growth and development. Balanced meals not only support their physical
needs but also shape their lifelong eating habits. For older students, especially
during exam periods, a diet rich in "brain food" is essential for both mind
and body. Additionally, the social aspect of sharing meals with friends
in the cafeteria is invaluable. We also cater to the needs of teachers and
administrative staff, ensuring everyone has access to nutritious and enjoyable
meals.
Our diverse community, with its various nationalities and cultural backgrounds,
requires an equally diverse and inclusive catering concept. Our "eat" concept
is designed to meet these needs, offering a variety of fresh, regional, and
sustainable options that prioritize enjoyment.
Lastly, I want to highlight the dedication of our onsite and supporting teams.
They are highly motivated and enthusiastic about the opening of this new site.
The onsite staff is eager to start cooking, while the supporting team ensures
everything is perfectly prepared for day one. The energy and passion within
our teams are palpable, and we are all looking forward to welcoming everyone
to the cafeteria.
