Prepaid plan: Lunch is automatically registered - no extra payment needed.
Pay-as-you-go: Top up the card with credits (cash at cafeteria, bank transfer, or via the “eat” app
and “eat” website).
Extras (snacks, drinks) can be purchased by adding extra credit to the edu.card/”Mifare” card.
The ‘Mifare’ card is used as a payment card for primary and ELC students and is safely kept in
the VIS lunchroom. For convenience and security, the card will not be handed out to students.
Students may overdraw their account by up to € 15 or two meals. Families are notified if
balances are negative. No overdrafts are allowed in the final three weeks of school.
Report it to respective school office (Primary or Secondary). A replacement (€ 15 fee) will be
issued within 14 days. The old card is deactivated to prevent misuse.
You can request a printed consumption list or check real-time usage through the “eat” app or
“eat” website.

still participate in the prepaid programme without using it.
The “eat” website is already online: https://web-sodexo-vis.ventopay.cloud/#/auth/login. You will
receive your personal login details by email. The app is currently under development and we will
notify you as soon as it becomes available.
