PRIMARY SCHOOL
Menu contains soup of the day, a main course to be chosen from three daily options and a dessert
or fruit.
Prices in Euro including VAT.
Payments are due as follows:

All payments are due in advance. Only the specified terms of payment are accepted.
Please use our online registration form https://forms.office.com/e/ygChxNiaaU for the pre-paid
school lunch programme. Once we receive your registration, Sodexo will send your invoice via
E-mail.
You can join our pre-paid school lunch programme at any time. The deduction from the set menu
price will be calculated based on the remaining days of school.
If, for any reason, you decide to leave the programme, we will charge you until the end of the
month following the date you give notice. Please understand that a withdrawal must be send as
email to vis.catering.oss.at@sodexo.com one month in advance.
In case of withdrawal, the refund process will be handled as follows: We will charge you for the
actual days of school until the stated date. You will receive a credit note for the remaining days.
The remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account with the next possible payment
run. No cash refunds will be provided. Additionally, we cannot grant any deduction from our set
menu prices in case of a withdrawal; you will be charged at the regular menu prices.
