VIS empowers
students to thrive
academically, socially
and emotionally
in a complex and
changing world.
students are supported directly through individual and group counselling
alongside consultation with teachers, parent collaboration and coordinated care during times of transition, challenge, crisis or trauma. The counselling team actively advocates for students, working with the wider student
support team and facilitating referrals to trusted community professionals
including psychologists, physicians and allied health specialists. A strong
partnership with parents is fostered through regular workshops on topics
such as raising children in a digital age, understanding developmental
milestones and promoting positive behaviour.
Through this integrated approach, VIS empowers students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally in a complex and changing world.
